  2.       Ordering your credit report is simple and easy.  You will basicly
  3.       fall into three catagories:

  6.    1. You simply want a copy of your credit report.  Either you have
  7.       never ordered a report in your life or it has been at least a 
  8.       year since you have done so.
  9.  
  10.       This is your lucky day!  Most credit reporting agencies will allow
  11.       you to have one complimentary report mailed to you annualy, for what
  12.       ever reason.  From the Credit Repair menu select the < Order Free
  13.       Report 1 >.  Print it, fill it out completely and mail it in.

  15.    2. You have been denied credit in the last 30 days by a credit report
  16.       issued from a credit reporting agency.
  17.  
  18.       In this case your credit report from that agency is free!
  19.       From the Credit Repair menu select < Order Free Report 2 >.  Print 
  20.       it, fill it out completely and mail it in to the agency that was 
  21.       responsible for your credit denial.

  23.    3. You have been denied credit but it was more than 30 days since you
  24.       were denied or you just want a copy of your credit report from a
  25.       certain agency.

  27.       In this case, there is a fee for obtaining a credit report from any
  28.       agency.  All of the major agencies charge $8 for this service.
  29.       From the Credit Repair menu select < Order Credit Report >.  Print out
  30.       the form, fill it out and mail it in with $8 to the agency of your
  31.       choice or the one that you know is causing you credit problems.
  32.       (If you are using a different agency than the ones we have listed
  33.       then be sure to verify their fee.)

  36.    TIPS:

  38.         * If need be, manually set your printer to the best print setting 
  39.           before printing.  This gives the forms a more professional 
  40.           appearance.

  42.         * When writing is necessary, fill out the forms completely and neatly.
